The results of this study is supported by other studies also concluded that by familiarizing fish consumption, it will be to reduce the risk of sudden death. This research was conducted through analysis of data on more than 5,000 men and women aged 65 years or more. The participants were given questions about their eating habits, such as fish or other foods. Results for answers about their diet and compared with electrocardiography tests conducted on each of these participants.
The researchers explain that the effect of fish consumption on cardiovascular health: lower frequency of heart rate, slow the interval between when the heart receives a signal to pump blood and when blood is pumped, and make the heart electrical system more regularly again after all pumps.
